Fan Hub was created in response to the 2020 COVID-19 Pandemic. Fan Hub serves as a user-friendly, non-contact, self-service retail alternative for purchasing licensed sports-related novelty items.

The fulfilment center is located in Kaneohe, Hawaii.

Fan Hub was developed specifically for the “Hardcore Sports Fans” in Hawaii. Whether it’s Major League Baseball, NBA, NFL, NHL, UFC, and Top NCAA Programs across the country Fan Hub offers a wide variety of novelty items for you OR the “Hardcore Sports Fan” in your life.

It’s very simple! Once you’ve placed your order online. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup at our brick and mortar store Island Sportswear inside Windward Mall. Please have a valid form of State Identification upon arrival and we ill release your product to the designated pickup contact.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns & Exchanges

Merchandise purchased through Fan Hub can be returned or exchanged within 30 days provided, a) The returned item(s) are received at the Fan Hub fulfillment center in undamaged, unblemished, unaltered condition, b) All original merchandise packaging is included, c) The returned item(s) are received at the Fan Hub fulfillment center within 30 days of the actual purchase date, d) The item(s) are returned by the original buyer and the original purchase transaction is confirmed within the Fan Hub transaction history.

If it’s been more than 30 days from the date of purchase, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.

Any and all issues associated with merchandise delivery are strictly Fan Hub responsibility. Conversely, any and all issues associated with merchandise return are strictly customer responsibility. Merchandise purchased with a Gift Card can only be returned for exchange. Only one return or exchange transaction per purchase.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

Once return item(s) are received, inspected and verified, an email notification will be sent to confirm receipt, as well as the acceptance status of your refund or exchange request.

If the refund request is approved, a credit will be processed and applied to the credit card associated with the original payment method. It can take up to 14 days for the refund to appear on your credit card transaction ledger. If the credit has not appeared after 14 days, please contact your credit card issuer first, as it may take additional time for refund transactions to post.  After those steps have been taken and the refund has still not been received, please contact us at fanhubhi@gmail.com and we will investigate further.

If the exchange request is approved, any price variance will be collected and the replacement item(s) will be processed for shipment within 48 hours thereafter.

Any item(s) purchased that were designated as Special Event Merchandise are considered a Final Sale and are not returnable or exchangeable.
